In 1952, in order to create a reservoir to serve hydroelectric dams downstream, the Central Maine Power Company had to flood three small towns, including Flagstaff. Anna Pinkert speaks to Kenny and Duluth Wing, two men who are trying to preserve the history of Flagstaff.
